To determine the exact reason why the couple does not become pregnant, we use advanced laboratory and instrumental examinations for woman's body.

Laboratory studies are performed in a certified laboratory and allow the reproductologist to accurately diagnose and offer the most effective treatment.

In the laboratory are carried out:
  1. cytogenetic examinations (to determine the patient's karyotype);
  2. molecular genetic examinations (allow you to identify genetic diseases and their impact on fertility, as well as develop a plan for their prevention in the unborn child);
  3. immunological studies (help not only to detect autoimmune diseases, but also to identify immunological incompatibility with a partner, which prevents conception).

To determine the exact cause of problems with conception in our clinic are carried out:
  1. examine of endometrial receptivity (to determine the best time for embryo transfer to increase the chances of a successful pregnancy);
  2. hysteroscopy (to assess the condition of the uterus and fallopian tubes in order to determine the causes of problems with conception);
  3. ultrasound of pelvic organs.
A certified laboratory tests blood, urine, smears from the vagina, cervical canal and urethra, and the results of the examination help the doctor determine why a woman is not pregnant.

Ovarian reserve is a parameter that allows you to evaluate the woman fertility. To assess the ovarian reserve in the clinic, tests are performed for AMH, FSH, as well as ultrasound of the antrum ovarian follicles.

To determine the male factor of infertility, we use all currently available examinations of blood tests, urine and other body fluids, ultrasound.

Sperm testing is the most revealing diagnosis of male fertility.

Our clinic provides 8 sperm examinations:

- Spermogram. Ejaculate analysis to evaluate male fertility and identify possible diseases of the reproductive system.

- Assessment of sperm morphology. An additional examination allows you to accurately identify pathologies in the structure of sperm.

- MAR test. Allows you to determine the intensity of the production of antibodies to the patient's own sperm.

- HBA test. Hyaluronic acid sperm binding analysis to determine sperm maturity.

- FISH analysis of sperm. Examination of sperm nuclei for the presence of chromosomal abnormalities.

- Microbiological examination of ejaculate. Clinical analysis of the microflora of a biological sperm sample for the presence of pathogens in the material (aerobic microorganisms, fungi and anaerobic bacteria) in the material.

- Assessment of sperm DNA fragmentation (TUNEL test). Assesses the ability of male germ cells to transmit the right genetic material to the baby.

- Oxidative stress of sperm. Detects the number of reactive oxygen species in the patient’s seminal fluid.

- Determination of the karyotype, both man and woman. It allows to identify quantitative and structural anomalies of the chromosome set of a person that are the cause of chromosomal diseases or lead to impaired fertility of both women and men.

- HLA typing for pair. For determine the causes of miscarriage and infertility. In case of reproductive disorders, the number of coincidences of the HLA class II gene variants in spouses is important: the smaller they are, the higher the probability of pregnancy.

- Postcoital test.The analysis allows you to assess the viability of sperm in the cervical mucus and determine their ability to penetrate into it.

- Antisperm antibody test.The analysis for the presence of antibodies directed against sperm is performed on the blood serum of the patient or her partner, in cervical mucus or in semen.

Yes, you can undergo the medical preparation for embryo transfer in your country, periodically visiting the doctor who will provide you with ultrasound diagnostics. It’s not necessary to come to Kyiv for this.
3How many days will you need to spend in Kyiv during the program?
In order to participate in the donation program with frozen oocytes, it is enough for you and your partner to stay in Kyiv from 1 to 5 days. We will take care of your comfortable stay and provide complete information support.
4 Are pregnancy support medications included in this program?
Pregnancy support medications are already included in this program. You do not have to buy any additional medicines.
5 Can the genetic testing of the embryos be done in this program?
You can use the service of preimplantation genetic testing of embryos for additional fee, since PGT is not included in the program.
6 Will the donor ever learn that she was a donor to us?
